About RISE Wellness

RISE Wellness is a philosophy and a way of life that incorporates body, mind, spirit, relationships, food and (yes!) even drinks. It is more than just a diet, fad, meal plan or quick fix. We recognize that every body is different and every individual is unique. That is why there is no one size fits all, and why our programs are customized to ensure that they work for our clients’ lives, needs and goals.
RISE Wellness provides individual and small group programs (coming January 2018!) and workshops. RISE Wellness also provides practical and relevant tips, tools, recipes and information on social media and within our blog: Live Well, Be Happy.
RISE Wellness is being led by our very own Meg MacDonald. Meg is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition; as well as a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher by the Yoga Alliance.
