Kristin Moffa

Kristin is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who is always seeking new challenges and innovative ways to stay active. She began dancing as a young girl and continued her dance training through college. A proud Temple University graduate, Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, giving her a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and movement science—knowledge she brings into every class.

An avid skier and certified ski instructor, Kristin also enjoys running and has completed three full marathons and several half marathons. Her fitness career began in 2003 with group fitness instruction. After taking time off to pursue other interests, including starting a family, she returned to teaching inspired by her devotion to dance, which led her to Pilates and Barre workouts. The ever-evolving challenge of these disciplines, combined with their remarkable results, reignited her passion for instructing.

Now a certified Pilates and Barre teacher, Kristin is passionate about teaching movement that builds both strength and confidence. She is committed to creating fun, energized sessions that motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals. She is thrilled to bring her expertise, creativity, and enthusiasm to the RISE team.
