For the cardio lover, a 60-minute amped-up version of our RISE Barre & Fitness class infused with cardio series designed to boost the heart rate, make you sweat, and keep you burning calories long after class is over! You will leave class feeling strong, accomplished and rejuvenated. RISE Barre & Fitness Cardio is offered at least once every day because we encourage our clients to incorporate this HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class into your weekly routine to better condition the heart and improve endurance, agility, and strength!
