In this 60-minute class, RISE Barre combines elements of pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training for the ultimate full body workout. Classes are designed to target your core, arms, thighs, and glutes by focusing on small isometric movements with high repetition, followed by stretching to create a toned, fit, and lean body. Prepare to sweat, shake, and have fun! (All levels welcome)
RISE Barre Cardio
For the cardio lover, a 60-minute amped-up version of our RISE Barre class infused with cardio series designed to boost the heart rate, make you sweat, and keep you burning calories long after class is over! You will leave class feeling strong, accomplished and rejuvenated. RISE Barre Cardio is offered at least once every day because we encourage our clients to incorporate this HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class into your weekly routine to better condition the heart and improve endurance, agility, and strength! (All levels welcome)
RISE Barre PLUS
You’ll love the extra burn! PLUS classes are a 75-minute advanced class that offers the RISE Barre total body workout PLUS additional exercises with a specific focus.
Prerequisites: Must have completed 10 RISE Barre or RISE Barre Cardio classes to attend.
RISE Barre Express
RISE Barre Express is our high energy, 45-minute barre class. You will experience the same challenging exercises and achieve the same results you love from our signature class in less time!
Our Express class is designed to give you a full body workout on the days when 60 minutes is not an option due to your busy schedule.
