Congratulations and yes, you can! However, please always clear it with your doctor first. Please inform your instructor or the front desk prior to class that you are pregnant. We also suggest arriving a little early to discuss modifications with your instructor before class.
Every client is different, so there’s no set formula for results. Our classes are designed so you can do it every day. And we have many clients that do! As with most healthy exercise, the more you do it, the better the result. We recommend at least 3-4 times a week. Please feel free to reach out to to anyone on the RISE team about your goals and the best way for you to reach them.
Yes, we do! Our Kids Club is available for children ages 6 weeks + up. We do limit the number of children in our Kids Club so we ask that you please register your child in advance. You can sign your children up online (reservations are not available via the app at this time). If you have any questions or need assistance, we are happy to help.
Wear comfortable workout clothing (yoga pants that come below the knee), barre socks, and bring a water bottle. Water and barre socks are available for purchase at the studio. No bare feet, sneakers, or shorts are permitted.
In order to help all our clients get into the classes they want, we enforce our cancellation policy.
We require clients to cancel at least 2 hours prior to class without penalty. Cancellations must be made online through MindBody. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged $5 for unlimited members OR deducted 1 class from class packages. The fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. If you do not have a credit card on file your Mindbody account will be debited the late cancel or no-show fee and you will be asked to reconcile on your next login to Mindbody or in-studio visit.
If class is full, join the waitlist. As clients cancel you will automatically be added to the class and notified by email. If you cannot make it to class, login to Mindbody and cancel. Make sure you are subscribed to email notifications and check back often check your spot on the waitlist.
One thing that’s great about the classes we offer at RISE is that a person of any skill level can take any of our classes and get a great workout. We have people of all ages and fitness levels take our classes — barre really is for everyone (even pregnant women!). Our instructors will cue you on which positions are more advanced (Level 1 is Beginner, Level 2 is Intermediate, and Level 3 is Advanced). Many people like to try some higher level positions throughout class and then take it down a notch if it’s too much to maintain the entire time.
The main difference between the two is that the Cardio class has a song or two of higher-intensity exercises (all of which can be modified if need be, so don’t be intimidated)!
We have bathrooms and changing areas to change. We do not have showers.
Parking is located in our parking lot where permitted. Additional parking can be found in the lower level gravel lot adjacent to our studio at Anchor Steel. Please do not park in spaces marked for other businesses.
